Son cannot wee without mess is this normal?

Son has always made a mess after weeing even if sat down. He always cleans up (never too well 🙄) he’s 11 now and was wondering is this sort of normal or is there a potential health issue causing this?

Might be a too tight foreskin causing uncontrollable spray.

Not really a medical issue. May get better as he goes through puberty.

Too tight foreskin can be a medical issue and some boys have a circumcision for this reason. You might want to talk to his GP
