NC for this but hoping the MN hive mind will be able to help!

2 year old DD her big toenail has come off tonight after we spotted it was looking odd about 3 weeks ago. The new nail is almost fully grown in underneath! I’ve cleaned it as had some oozing of blood when the old nail lifted off and popped some germolene on it. Will try and get a pic of the toe now with the new nail on it in the morning. It’s never bothered her and we can’t work out why she’s suddenly lost it! Do I need to get it checked by GP or will it be fine?

Looks absolutely fine and healthy! Bit odd but if she’s fine and no pain or bleeding then I would worry. See if it happens again but sounds like a random one off thing.
