What does this rash look like??

My toddler has this rash on both soles of his feet, he had it a few weeks ago aswell but went away. The doctor said ringworm but iam very doubtful it’s ringworm. It’s now back again, it don’t bother him at all. Anyone else’s 2 year old had anything similar?

My dd had something very similar when she was a little older (4). It was ringworm. It was much more vivid after a bath, and less overt after bathing. Treated with antifungal cream, and it would kind alternately between being really obvious and then subtle, carried on with the antifungal treatment and after three weeks it was completely gone and never returned.
