Can anyone tell me if this is normal for my eldest sons chickenpox to be healing like a purple colour my youngest had them a few weeks ago and his didn't heal like these are

They can definitely look different on different kids, but any change in colour like that is worth getting checked. I’d give 111 a call or send the photos to your GP just to be safe.
