Watery bowel movement - FF

Hi advice please… my daughter is 4 weeks old tomorrow and is formula fed. She had a bowel movement Friday that was a bit watery than normal then Saturday Sunday and Monday when she pooed it was tiny more like a follow through then today I’ve just gone to change her and she’s had a big watery poo again.

Is the consistency of this normal for her age and for how she’s fed or does it look concerning?

Shes a very content baby she does have moments where she looks a bit uncomfortable but she does struggle to get wind up sometimes think this is because most of the time she falls asleep on her bottle. On some of her bottles as well she’s sometimes sick sometimes can be a lot and others nothing.

Looks like completely normal baby poo to be honest? They ebb and flow with solidity especially FF babies (well mine have anyway!) with the wind you could stop half way through the bottle to wind and then do it again at the end. I kept mine upright for around 20 mins after feeding to minimise vomiting.
