Very pale green vomit

Hi all just after some advice. Currently waiting for a go to phone back as spoke to 111.

My son is 5 and came home form school today not feeling too well. Didn't want to eat which isn't like him and said he felt sick.
Was sick 2 times which was food, but other than that was fine still relaxing like he usually does after school not seeming super unwell at all.
He then decided he wanted rice crispies at about 6pm so he had them, ate the whole lot, then was fine. But then around an hour later he was sick again and threw up the rice crispies. After that he only had water and juice.
Fell asleep on the sofa at usual bedtime around 7pm.
He then started stirring at about 9:20pm so gave him calpol and then about 20/30 minutes later woke up saying 'sick sick I'm sick' very upset and holding a bowl under his chin. Eventually threw up again only once but it was like a pale greenish yellow colour but very watery.
I took a photo I will attach it.
Immediately I start stressing because I've read before that green vomit is bad and to take the child to A&E immediately. But then there's also conflicting information saying it's just stomach bile.
I decided to call 111 and had to wake him up as best I could for the lady to do the assessment and he was not happy about it at all, he was super tired but I'm pretty sure that's because he's exhausted because it's 11pm at that point.
She booked in for the gp to call us within 2 hours. I'm very stressed and worried something bad is going on.
Has anyone else dealt with this colour sick before and was it okay?
Since the last vomit he's not been sick since and has been asleep apart from when I had to wake him for the 111 assessment.

Looks like bile

It’s bile. Very dark green vomit that looks like pond water is what you need to be concerned about and believe me you will be able to tell the difference. (Paeds nurse on a surgical ward)

Looks like bile which is completely normal when you have an empty stomach. Just fyi for next time, dairy should be avoided when being sick so if your DS had his rice crispier with milk, that’s likely made him feel icky. (NOT proper medical term!).
Hope he gets better soon, lots of bugs going round this time of year
