Don't know what to do

I've been back and forward with my doctor for a few weeks now with my 3 year old daughter having sharp sudden pains in her stomach, they did a urine test and came back UTI, doctor gave her antibiotic. This cleared up and she still had the pains, was asked to do another sample, this one came back normal, doctor prescribed her another antibiotic even though no infection. Dad noticed blood in her urine yesterday and blood in urine today. Took a sample in this morning and heard nothing back all day. Is it normal to worry so much? My brain convinces me there's something more to it. She is absolutely fine otherwise, eating, drinking, playing, sleeping, and is absolutely fine in-between pains.

Constipation ?

Dipsticks can come back normal but when urine is looked at under a microscope it shows up the infection and white blood cells.

Ask for her sample to be looked at under a microscope and see what they say then.

It’s not normal to have blood in urine.

Plenty water to drink and lots of veg to make sure her bowel is moving regularly.

Sounds like she has a uti still ask for urine to be sent off for analysis

Was it a dip test or a culture?
