Newborn rash help

Hi all, my baby is 15 days old. At 7 days she developed this little circular blotch on her left cheek which has now trebled in size, alongside this she has little spots on her chin and her eye is now filled with what I thought was baby acne but the little dots are also under her nose and starting to spread to her left eye.
We took her to A and E last night and they said the eye was to be left alone but we could treat the circular blotch with fungal cream.
The eye is what's concerning me most, it is becoming slightly raised/swollen so she finds it difficult to open initially. She has had weepy eyes too which hasn't helped. I'm a FTM so really worried it's an allergy or something I am doing.

As well as this she has also been straining and grunting a lot and seems very gassy, not pooing as much as normal. I'm concerned it could be a cows milk allergy?

For us, the cmpa allergy rash was quite different. It was little red dots on face and chest. Baby also had gas, diarrhoea, loads of spit up

Im not a doc but this does look fungal to me

Any contact with cats or farm animals?
Anyone in the family got a fungal rash?

Any reason you don't trust the A&E doctors about the eye?

Mine had baby acne that looked exactly the same, all around his eyes and nose. We were told to clean with boiled water that had cooled. It cleared up after 2 weeks or so.

I think the circle patch looks fungal but the eye is swollen and red, as well as the little pimples. When she wakes up she can't actually open it - it just seems a bit more than acne? More than happy to be wrong!
Just over worrying about everything and feel awful looking at her little face and being helpless.

Could to go to the GP about the eye tomorrow? Mine always saw my baby within a few hours when under 1.

We went four weeks in a row with my then-newborn until we got rid of thrush nappy rash (though I did have to send my DP on the third visit to be taken seriously - I was sent home the week before as an over worried FTM, but when Daddy is worried enough to take the baby, he gets given a prescription and advice about when to go to A&E for suspected sepsis... But that's another issue).

Have a read about Transient Neonatl Pustular Melaonosis, it’s a long name for a harmless skin condition affecting newborns. I am NOT saying this is what is is but you might like to read up on it

yes I've had a look, it's just another term for baby acne?
