Really small appetite- 5 yo

Dd has always been a poor eater. She struggled to gain weight as a baby but is now around the 50th centile for both height and weight.
But she hardly eats!
Breakfast - half a slice of toast and small bowl of cereal
Snack - a biscuit
Lunch - at school her packed lunch comes home nearly every day almost untouched. She totally ignores the meal (usually beans or spaghetti hoops or a sandwich) and nibbles on the crisps but only eats around half of them.
Snack - usually a little pack of biscuits
Tea - example 2 fish fingers, half a spoon of beans and maybe 3 chips.
She's a decent weight so I dont know what to do but it just seems so little. My 3 yo eats double!
Is it normal to just have a really small appetite?

If she's maintaining her weight which it sounds like she is and isn't excessively tired I'd say she's getting enough for her.

Sounds like a normal amount to me.

Maybe try some real food- sounds all very packaged and processed. She might like something fresh. Cereal, biscuits, crisps, fish fingers, chips- all beige crap

Are you really sending spaghetti hoops in a lunchbox?!

Well, on MN it probably is but given she’s pretty much skipping lunch I wouldn’t say so.

And in no way am I criticising but it’s very poor nutrition wise as well (my dd is picky so I sympathise.)

Yes. She has a food flask. Lots of kids have them.

I know its all processed crap. She honestly takes fussy eating to a whole new level!
