2 year old with decreased appetite

Hi,
My 2 year old has had a decreased appetite for just over a week. Everyone who knows her will comment on how well she eats.
She has started refusing meals and snacks or only eating a couple of mouthfuls. She has never been a fussy eater so i’m not sure why she is being like this.

Little background.. she has had recent blood tests for on and off loose stools for 3 weeks, which we are still waiting for results. Could the loss of appetite be because of potential stomach cramps that she is struggling to tell me about?

I have tried small portions, snack like meals and all her favourite foods but nothing seems to be working. She has lost a little bit of weight but i suppose that’s expected if she isn't eating. She is a very good drinker, if anything she drinks too much. Could she be filling herself up on fluids?

What can i do to encourage her to eat more??

Could be an ear/urine infection

Could be an ear/urine infection

The GP checked her ears and said everything looked ok. They didn't check her urine. She doesn’t seem in discomfort down there but maybe i should ask them to dip her urine.
