18 month old rash

I need some advise. I have just seen this rash on my 18 month old. We haven’t changed anything. Does it seem like a normal rash or meningitis? His had a normal cough and cold for this time of the year!

Does it fade when you roll a glass over it? If not, I would be ringing 111 or trying to get a GP appointment.

(I hate it when these things crop up in the afternoon and you can't necessarily get the GP, it always seems to be the way...)

Some was still showing when I was doing the glass test. I’m in A&E now. Rang the GP, said no GP’s were at the surgery so was advised A&E.

I hope it is just a viral rash. You did the right thing in getting advice from GP surgery(, or 111 in England would have been a good alternative).
