chicken pox or bites? I Got told it’s a start of chicken pox? But still unsure what it is, can anyone help me x

If it’s chickenpox you’ll know in an hour or 2. The thing that makes me think maybe bites is the ‘line’ of spots…however, CP can follow nerve endings. Is there CP going around nursery etc?

None in her nursery no. She went a soft play 2 weeks ago the only place I can say she would have caught it. I did take her a pharmacy they said it looks like a start of them but I’m not sure 🤔 she has some on her belly and a spot on her neck and face and mainly her back and by her shoulders xx
