5 week old baby rash

My 5 week old baby has developed this rash which seems to change frequently, it is on the face, neck, ears, chest and back of neck. Baby doesn’t seem any different but it looks horrendous and worrying. What could this be?

Baby acne hits at 5 weeks ish. Take them to the GP if you are worried but it's likely to pass in a week or so.
