What on earth is this rash?! Drs don’t seem worried but it’s driving me mad!

My little one has this rash all over them and it seems to be spreading. Dr didn’t know what it was but said to come back Monday for a review and only take to ED if becomes unwell or goes into mouth. Has anyone seen anything like this before?

Could it be ringworm?

Or discord eczema. Looks very similar to my daughter's.

Yep another one saying looks like ringworm.

My ds had very similar and it was ringworm. Totally weird-no idea where he got it from.

Or hives, if it comes and goes in different places.

Can be an immune system over reaction to a minor virus in toddlers.

What have you tried? Often trial and error with treatment options will point towards diagnosis.
What happens if you give an antihistamine like piriton?
