My son had bellyache all day, And farting nasty smell non stop,

And hiccups
Now he had dinner and hour later he had hiccups and food regurgitated to his mouth. 😢 I know it’s somehow stomach bug but why did the food come up. I asked if he feels like he needs to vomit and he said no ?
what’s wrong with my son ? Why regurgitation

Sounds like an upset tummy and it’s likely he will vomit this eve!

Get ready

Could be reflux or constipation?

He went for a poo today and looked abit pale. It’s more likely a stomach bug because the fart and poo stinks but why would he get reflux. He is only 6 years old 😢
Gosh his brother suffer from reflux so I
hope not and it’s only a bug

Anyone can get reflux at any age. It is more common in babies but children of all ages can have it. Reflux can be caused by gastritis so it doesn't always have to be a permanent thing either, it can come and go.

He woke up and has bellyache and couldn’t eat. It’s definitely stomach bug and he vomits if he forces himself
