5 year old fell down stairs

My 5 year old has fallen down the stairs he cried for about 10 mins with a sore leg and but now hes up playing as normal and seems his normal self. Should I keep a close eye on him before rushing to A&E

Well if he seems fine then I wouldn't take him at all.

Both have mine have slipped down the stairs quick cuddle and a check over (by me) to make sure no broken bones or head injuries and they went back to playing. I would only go to A and E if concerned about fracture or head injury or if their condition changed and deteriorated.
