My daughter didn’t eat her dinner, very unlike her, she just wanted to cuddle and I noticed she was quite warm, her temp was 37.7, went up to 38 and has stayed around 37.7 after calpol. She has no symptoms apart from loose stools which have been really smelly.
Does this sound like anything to worry about? Backstory- my son had sepsis around this age, so I find any form of higher than usual temp abit triggering, so sorry if this post seems abit silly x

I don’t think it sounds especially worrying - just a bug of some sort. I’m sure you know the sepsis red flags to look out for though so just keep a close eye would be my advice. Hope she feels better soon!

There's definitely a stomach bug going around, almost certainly viral. Hope your LO is better soon.
