Lump on child’s nose

2 year old ds woke up with a lump on his nose yesterday at first I thought it was a bite, but it gradually seems to be getting bigger and I can’t see an indent on it where something would have bit him (if that makes sense) He’s had a bit of an upset tummy, but it’s hard to tell if that’s just from teething. Obv I will seek medical advice at the pharmacy tomorrow if it’s worse/ no better. But in the meantime I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions what it could be/any ideas to treat it as it looks quite sore!
Pics aren’t the best as he wasn’t too happy at having a phone stuck in-front of his face whilst trying to watch in the night garden 😆

Chicken pox?

I'd put salty warm water to that - but I'm not medical.
