Antibiotics when breastfeeding - advice please

I took Comxiclav three days and then Flucloxllin 500mg for 10 days for abscess. Gp said it’s ok while breastfeeding so I never stopped breastfeeding but realised my baby keeps bringing up milk or reflux (not sure what’s happening to her) . Is this temporary or she’s damaged 😭

both are safe in breastfeeding. There are small amounts in milk so maybe your baby doesn't like the taste but it is normally safe to take. They are even given to babies for infections in lower doses

You needed the antibiotics to get over the infection so that you are healthy for your baby girl. Her gut might have been a bit upset, as it can do with adults too, but your milk will be providing vital protections against irritation etc.
How old is your baby?
They grow so fast early one that what is normal now will have changed by next week. The change could be unrelated to the antibiotics.

I stopped the antibiotics 2 days ago and it’s still happening. Like she chokes and then cough like she’s swallowing her spit. She’s 11 months

But I am currently using mupricin ointment too still. But I don’t apply it no where near the breasts

11 months? I thought you were talking about a tiny baby.
You haven't damaged your baby. She might have a cold. If you're worried talk to your health visitor.

She is a big breastfeeder. She hates solid so she still constantly breastfeed like a 6 month baby

Is she crawling or anything yet? Mine started bringing up milk a lot when he was learning this skill due the muscle changes.
Definitely could be a cold or similar. Your baby has not been damaged.
