9yr old tutting when speaking

My 9 year old has started making a tut sound at the end of every sentence when reading aloud or when he’s excitedly talking and trying to give lots of information across.
Is this something we should look at speech therapy for or not a big deal at his age yet?

Just to add he has no other speech or developmental issues at all.

It could be a tic and generally the advice with tics is to completely ignore it. If this is the only new development I would just leave it and wait and see.
