Bump on 7 day old daughters lip

She’s been getting dribble rash but I’ve noticed this bump is directly on her lip line and has a yellow tipped scab?

any ideas of what this is??

Is she breastfed? Looks like it could be a friction sore from a bad latch

It could be a coldsore? If so at 7 days that needs a+e

I took her to the GP today and they don’t seem worried about it but they did say to monitor
