What is this?! Should I be worried?

Literally only noticed this on my 4 year old this morning. Didn't see it last night in the bath! He says it's not sore but won't let me touch it!! Should I be worried? What do I do!? Xxx

Is it a wart or a splinter? Take him to a pharmacy tomoorrow to get it looked at

I don't know how to tell the difference between a wart or splinter! He says it's not hurting so assume it's not a splinter? I don't know how I haven't seen it before ! 😔 Thank you, I'm going to take him to the pharmacy ♥️♥️♥️
