Need some advice.
ds14 came home & stupidly ran through the door and tripped and banged his head on the corner of the wall 2 hours ago.
hes got a egg bump on the back of his head near his lymph node but he’s absolutely fine in himself. No sickness, headache, tiredness, no problems with his pupils etc hes walking around, had dinner & now online gaming with his mates quite happily.
I dont need to take him to a&e do I?
