Rash on back? Measles?

Hi everyone my little boy has a bad cough/cold he’s kinds of got a rash around his mouth that we thought was down to drool but just noticed he has a rash like this on his back and front, has anyone experienced anything like this? X

Is he vaccinated for measles?

Yes he is but I read they can still catch it mildly? Yes I did try it said it was in review I’ll try again x

Could be a viral rash with hand foot and mouth. Very common to get an all over viral rash with it.

It does sound more like HFM with a viral rash across the rest of him. Viral rashes can be pretty dramatic, especially after bath time.

I didn’t think of hfm actually, I looked at slapped cheek too, honestly since he’s stated nursery he’s catching everything! It definitely could be a viral rash x

Scarlet fever? DS had a sand paper type rash over his torso when he had it.

@beachsandseaicecreamyes! I’ve just looked at this i definitely think he has it after reading about the rash on face but with white lips he’s got every symptom, thank you I’m going to make an appointment at the dr tomorow
