4 year old waking up with headache

Twice this week my daughter has woken up with a headache in the night. These are her first ever headaches.
1st one - 11pm - said her head felt cold and was upset. She did have a slight temperature so I gave her Calpol and she slept with me in case her symptoms didn't improve or got worse. She has had a cold/blocked nose so I eventually put it down to that.
4 nights later...
2nd headache - 3am - woke up crying and said the back of her head was hurting. I asked her to point to where and it was at the lower back of her head. Again I got her into bed with me in case symptoms got worse.
Over that hour or so there was intermittent crying out from DD in her sleep.
DD can suffer with nightmares where she shouts out and had one the previous night. This seemed like her nightmare crying out but she had mentioned her head again.
DD always wakes up once a night anyway (always has) so I don't know if the headache is waking her.
All I read is red flag if a headache wakes a child!
There are no other health issues.
Any experience or advice would be appreciated.
Not sure if I'm being overly anxious or this something I need to look into. Thank you 😢

Definitely worth a trip to the GP. Hopefully it’s nothing. But better safe than sorry.

Ears or dehydration. Certainly speak to a Dr.
Molars?
