Rash

So my daughter got this rash whilst away in Turkey last week. It’s been there a good week now, but spread to the other side of her belly. And some on her legs and minor bits on the arms. I took her to a pharmacy over there and they gave me a cream however she would scream the villa down in pain saying it’s burning and I had to wash of as I didn’t know what else to do. But been using some basic creams at home but nothing working and now she’s saying it’s hurting. Does anyone know what it could be? Or if I need to book a doctors, I just feel as if they dismiss parents now a days with rashes so didn’t want to rush to it.

edit: she had an allergic reaction to a bee sting whilst in turkey and was put on a drip. This rash began a day after… not sure if it has a link? Since then I’ve given her antihistamine to see if that would calm the rash but no change.

It looks a bit like prickly heat to me.

However, given the sting, allergic reaction and drip I would be at least contacting the GP. With ours i can send a note with photos & then the GP decides whether to see you - is that an option?

That’s what I thought initially but it just seems to be getting worse, even tho we’ve been home 4 days and it’s cold and she hasn’t been hot and it shouldn’t last over a week should it?

and yes I can do the same with my doctors… however your lucky if you can get an appt in the next 3 weeks. They are useless
