Miyosmart or stellest

My child has miyosmart glasses she is 12 however,my other child also needs glasses due to myopia. It has progresed severely. Should i choose miyosmart or stellsest. he is active and 8

DD had miyosmart and it did seem to stop progression so I would recommend. She’s now using contact lenses so a different brand (misight I think) - there has been a bit of progression of myopia with those, but less than I would have expected given she’s been growing and puberty etc.
