Potty training help!

Hi please help. Is this normal or a sign she isn’t ready.
im potty training my 2.5 year old and she hasn’t done a wee in the potty yet. She has had about 20-25 accidents today.
she tells me sometimes when she has done a poo but not a wee and will happily sit in wet.

Is this day 1 of potty training? Are you doing an offer of a reward if she gets something in the potty? How often are you trying her on there?
