Siblings with bladder exstrophy

Hi, I have been told my chances of having a second baby with bladder exstrophy are 1 in 100 (rather than the 1 in 40,000 that somebody without having already conceived a child with the condition). I was just wondering if there are any stories from anyone here about having future children without the condition after having one?

Really scared to ttc again.

I don't know much about it, but have you asked the paediatric urologist or paedatrician your child is under/seen by for advice?

Sorry if hard to think about, but if its something that could be seen on an early ultrasound, would you consider termination? If its connected to a genetic issue, it might be picked up on pre-implantation genetic testing.
