Any idea what this red mark is?

I noticed this red mark on my LO leg today. He’s 7 months. Came out of nowhere and it doesn’t go away when I press on it.
my first instinct is that it’s a little
burst blood vessel.. any ideas? Should I get it checked? He doesn’t have anything anywhere else. We did a long haul flight yesterday if that makes any difference..

It’s not something I’d worry about, just keep an eye on it.

Could be a cherry angioma.
