My 12 DD has has in the last month 3 very random instances

  1. Fainted but came round very quickly (1st August)
  2. Sudden onset on diarrhoea that took her so much by surprise she didn’t get to the toilet on time (27th August)
  3. very sudden headache that caused her to burst into tears and go to bed for an hour (yesterday)

each time these things occurred she went as white as a sheet and very very sudden 1 second she was fine then she wasn’t

just wondering if I should take her to doc but not sure if I am over reacting as each episode was relatively quick and not long lasting

she is quite small for her age -in age 10 clothes

The thing that came to mind when you listed those was PoTS https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/postural-tachycardia-syndrome/
I think I would probably see the GP, yes, saying exactly what you said here. You are reasonable to wonder if there is a link. Good luck

Postural tachycardia syndrome (PoTS)

Find out more about postural tachycardia syndrome (PoTS), where your heart rate increases very quickly after getting up from sitting or lying down.

Has she started her periods yet? Could it be hormonal changes?

I would ask for a coeliacs test.
