Lunchbox ideas after dental work

My 12DD is having 5 teeth out ready for her brace to go on next month. Any ideas what to pack in her lunchbox for school when she’s still sore? (We aren’t allowed to send in soup)

A decent milkshake would be a good start on protein at least.

Would a soft cooked omelette/fritatta work?

Cold pasta but small shapes like macaroni or soup pasta so she doesn't need to chew it? A blended veggie sauce and some grated cheese.

Bless her, that's going to be a tough few days.
