Is this molluscum?

DS (2) has a spots on his legs and a couple on his arms and trunk too. A few seem fluid filled and what Google tells me is the typical start of molluscum but others just look like regular spots (and seem to be disappearing already). All started on Tuesday so is it still too early to tell?

he’s had HFM previously and does not seem similar to that and he’s also had the chicken pox vaccine. They’re not itchy and he’s totally well in himself.

The second two do look like it. You might have to wait until they spread to know for sure. My son had one patch for weeks before they suddenly spread all over his body.

Really grim condition, I hope you escape lightly.

Molluscum arent fluid filled and look more like skin tags.

thank you @dementedpixieim not sure if ‘fluid filled’ was the best description, they look like there is something inside but I haven’t tried to pop to see what it is- they definitely don’t look like skin tags though so that gives me hope!

Molluscum look like little blisters but they are umbilicated - that is, the blister has a little depression in the centre like a belly button. Do they have that?

Yes looks like molloscum.
we are 2 years in and my little boy still has but in all honesty it doesn’t cause him any issues as doesn’t have loads. I know some kids can get it really bad so hopefully you’ll get off with it lightly
