Big baby 5.5 months

Our little boy was over 4kg when born two weeks post due date. He is EBF and 5.5 months old now.
he is now 11kg and way off weight chart. I’m waiting for call back from GP. Should I be worried? I’m 5ft3 and petite. His dad is just under 6 ft. My mum’s dad’s family were all big people.
he is also long though hard to get an accurate measurement. At least 90 centile prob more.

I had big babies! I can’t remember their exact weight at this age, but they were 9lbs4oz and 9lbs13oz at birth… so they’ve topped the charts the whole way through!
my eldest was the lightest and he’s continued to grow and towers above other children in his year.
my youngest who was the baby giant is a normal height and very slim.
I think, as a baby, as long as they’re following their percentile and not jumping up and down erratically then their weight isn’t a problem!
