Hello,
can anyone shed any light on what this rash could be? For context, it’s just appeared out of no where. No new irritants or anything(no change in laundry detergents etc.) Started when at nursery yesterday and hasn’t gone away. No sign of ds being unwell, no temp and seems happy within himself. It’s also not itchy either. This picture shows it on his arm but it is however on his legs, back and some on his torso.
Thanks!

Looks a bit like measles to me.

That's a trip to the doctor I think.

Looks like measles. I would be keeping a very close eye on it. Talk to a Dr / 111?

It could be roseola, although that normally comes with fever

The same virus can reactivate after another bug (I had it a few weeks after heading COVID) - spreading rash that doesn't itch with no other symptoms (pityriasis rosea).

Hnd foot and mouth can also look this way and isn't necessarily itchy
