I saw a nurse as its impossible to get a doctors appointment at my gp when it comes to my baby! She said it could be shingles but less likely or contact dermatitis but its literally right above bum so where would she get that from? The cream made it more itchy and angry looking. Anyone seen this!? Should I call 111 or give the cream more time? Its been two days but steroid scares me! You can see the before and after using the cream
