Started as a small blister on ds toe has now turned into below. He’s been sat with his foot in salt water. He won’t let me anywhere near it. Looks like fluid and pus in it. Any tips to get it to dry out? I’m going to send a pic to the GP in the morning.

How old is DS? That does not look good, the photo makes the toe look possibly bent and swollen, do you know how it happened?
