Hi ANYONE, I have a 23mnth old, soon to be 2 on 4th September. He has been walking with no issues since he was 13-14 months old. He has no balance issues. No health concerns. A happy healthy little boy...
Yesterday, he was out playing with his 11yr old sister and 9yr old brother, supervised by myself, his father and 18yr otld sister. He wasn't climbing, nor stood on anything nor pulling himself up on to anything!!! He just suddenly stood there and fell backwards flat on his back!!!!! Enough force to wind him!!! He just fell backwards.... slam, hit the floor (comcrete slabs/paving)..
My first thought was panic, did he fall??? Ect....check him, NO... NO SIGNS OF INJURY, NONE, NOR A MARK!!! I wanted to go to A&E, his father said no, as no signs of injury, just observe him...

What could this be?????
He just dropped!!!!
Legs didn't buckle, no rapid eye movements, no loss of consciousness, nothing... please help.

Sounds like he fainted. You can come around as you fall so by the time you fit the floor and some gets to you you have already come around.
Given it was yesterday, I'd keep observing and speak to the GP tomorrow.
