Milk spots or CMPA?

My formula fed 12 day old has developed these spots over the last few days which seem to just be getting worse? Can anyone tell if these are just milk spots or could it be CMPA? He’s being his usual self and hasn’t had any other symptoms but still worried

When my DD had CMPA it was more of a rash along with spots, like eczema, these look rather normal and if he’s his usual self I wouldn’t say CMPA as he’d be in pain

Looks like baby acne, mine both had it and I can’t remember how long it took to pass but wasn’t that long.
