Baby rash on face

Hello, does anyone have any ideas for what this rash is? It’s spreading bless him & I’ve tried various creams, but it looks so dry. Thanks.

Any other cold/fever symptoms (for slapped cheek), tried any new foods (allergy)? How old is LO?

Aww thank you for your reply! I did wonder about slapped cheek, I had it while I was pregnant, which was a huge stress! But no cold symptoms really. He does have a dairy intolerance & trying to rack my brains if he’s accidentally had anything with it in. He’s had the rash a good four weeks or so, the doctor has prescribed four different creams & none seem to have done the trick. He’s 9 months, bless him. He’s happy otherwise, so it just seems bizarre!
