Any skincare recommendations for tween boy (11 y/o) suffering from acne, white & black heads?

I don't know what route you want to go down, but I needed Zineryt for mine - GP can prescribe or you can buy online, topical antibiotic.

Leave this on for a minute, rinse off then put an oil free moisturiser on https://www.superdrug.com/skin/face-wash/acnecide-face-wash-spot-treatment-benzoyl-peroxide-50g/p/794527

Be gentle, and then if this doesn’t help go to the doctor

Normal cleanser from cetaphil etc would work. Generally the prescription products should not be given to teens. If my routine for acne may help then here it goes:
Morning:
Using water to wash your face,
Sebamed clear face gel,
la roche posay spf
Evening:
la roche posay moisturizer,
Tretinoin (0.1) from skinorac
Sebamed clear facial gel
