My 3 YO has had a wart for a few months but it’s getting bigger and bigger. She says it’s sore and she keeps catching it and it bleeds. Drs won’t do anything and no treatment seems to touch it. Any advice on what’s worked for anyone else on this kind of wart?

Sounds completely bonkers but the old charms work, no one knows why, but they do. It doesn't matter which one.

DS had a huge wart on his knee and we used the method where you rub it with a tiny bit of raw meat, then he had to bury it in in secret in the garden. The wart was gone in a week, from the size of a pea to nothing. You could almost see it shrinking. I couldn't believe myself.

Your DD is a bit young for that perhaps, so you need to choose another method, I would choose either rubbing it with a banana skin or painting it with a harmless but very colourful liquid (eg food colouring). Tell her that you have found a cure, and do ot together, make a bit of a ceremony.

See what happens! I Hope it works, warts are a nuisance.

Ok thank you, we’ve persisted with Bazuka and now it looks like this, more black and scabby but perhaps bigger? Does it look like it’s dying? I have no experience with this so not sure if it’s better or not

I got rid of a wart by covering it with tape - starves it of oxygen. Takes a few days

I had a wart on my thumb as a child and my nan gave me some beef to rub on it, I buried it in the garden, told no one where I buried it and the wart disappeared never to return.

IME those OTC anti wart things might get rid of the worst looking bit of the wart, but it just grows back.

Try the old wives remedies - they really work.
