Toddler hands twitch in sleep

I don’t know if am just being the anxious parent I normally am 🙈 my son who is 3 has never slept in our bed ( not from lack of trying) he just doesn’t like to share a bed even when sick, scared or just wants us, we have to go to him and sit on his floor! Anyway, for the first time this afternoon he fell asleep beside me in bed for his nap so I left him beside me and just watched him sleep, and I’ve noticed his hands twitch a lot when he is sleeping! Is this normal??

Totally normal. You'll move a bit in your sleep too when dreaming. As do dogs.

He's just dreaming. My cats paws twitch like mad when they are dreaming. It's perfectly normal.
If you are worried about some form of epilepsy take him for a check up but Im sure this is normal.
