My 1yo boy sweats so much whilst falling asleep, never feels hot to touch at all but always wakes up with soaking wet hair. He doesn’t sweat whilst awake.
is this normal? I have 2 older girls who have never sweat until their hair is wet, is it a boy thing? Or anything to be concerned about?
