What are these spots?

My DD has got some red spots on her face, neck and behind her ears. They aren’t bothering her or itching and there are no spots anywhere else (yet).

Does anyone know what this could be?

Age? Any allergies? Photo? Hard to say without any backstory.

She’s 6 and has allergies to cats and dogs. We did go to the farm two days ago but she doesn’t normally have any problems with farm animals. It’s usually just cats and dogs but when she reacts to them it’s a pretty much instant reaction where she comes up with an itchy hives rash and watery eyes. These spots are different to that. I’ll try and post a photo.

It turns out these spots are Chickenpox. Loads more have appeared on her body and have started itching.
