8 week on lansoprazole for acid reflux

Doesn't seem to be helping the last 2 days, clear fluid coming from his mouth after he gags.
What do I do ?

Hi OP. Sorry, no advice but it sounds like perhaps the clear fluid is stomach acid? My son had awful reflux. He spent weeks on Omeprazole which never worked before being moved to lansoprazole. It really was life changing for us but it took a few weeks to settle down before we noticed a difference. I'm not sure how long you've been trying but if only a few days, it's worth persevering. That being said, you know your baby and if you have any concerns speak to your GP or health visitor.
