Is this chicken pox or viral rash?

My 1.5 year old has been a bit grumpy over the last couple of days. Had a high temp at nursery last week once but none since.

anyone seen anything like this?

Doesn’t look like chicken pox. They are little fluid filled spots and come in clusters over a few days.
