Dent on toddler forehead after fall

So last month my son had a fall resulting in a bang to the forehead and now the bruise and swelling has gone they is a inch dent on is head

am worried about this becoming permanent feature to such a beautiful face :(

any advice please

I cant offer the sort of reassurance you’re after unfortunately but my boy has a dent in his cheek following a fall (he was approx 3 when it happened & is nearly 6 now) the bruise lingered for weeks and when it disappeared the dent was left behind.
I did tonnes of massage for months afterwards but it didn't seem to help & has become permanent - I was really gutted for a long time especially seeing him in photographs, but its just part of his face now & honestly don’t notice it day to day.

From my research into the cheek I think he split the buccal (cheek) fat pad when he fell/fat cells died due to trauma, I’m not sure if a similar thing can happen in the forehead

I have a dent appear on my forehead that appeared after my son launched a sinkie in the pool and my head intercepted it. I didn’t really notice for a few weeks then it was really obvious. GP said fat cells die due to trauma. It’s actually less of a dip now after a few months.

Ds recovered completely from a dent in his forehead when he was 18 months. Lingered for about 6 months and then gradually disappeared.
