DD has a rash, any ideas?

My 1 year old has just developed this rash, it’s under where the nappy sits so I’m guessing it’s not from that, any ideas?

As it's a baby, you'll want medical or pharmacy advice. In the meantime, I would try a nappy rash cream, barrier like vaseline, or canesten cream in case it is fungal. Try to keep clean, dry and exposed to air when appropriate.

Could it be heat rash or has baby had a virus recently?
