Cough and pain

My 10 year old does have sen so sometimes it's really difficult to pick out what needs to be seen and what is his difficulty on low pain threshold.

But for a while his has had all over body pain, legs,tummy,arms (at first I thought it might by anxiety which he does have due to his sen).

He now has a cough while and after eating (literally during and after for around 10 mins none at all other times).

I don't want to exclude anything now because he does have sen and entirely blaming it on that when it could be other things so I am going to get a doctors appointment next week to get him checked.

Just wondered if any of your children had this cough while eating and after?
And random pain all over?

Cough while and after eating might be aspiration, so a SALT referral might be helpful.

Does it depend on what he's eating or is it any food? Just wondering if it's reflux and the all over pain is a reaction to the coughing 🤔
